Orchid Residentials Ltd liaises with families, professionals and commissioners in order to continue to maintain productive relationships at all levels to enable us to bring appropriate resources, skills and expertise required for better planning, formulation and the delivery of a personalised care and support service.
Consultation and participation play an integral part in our success in delivering personalised care/support services. Service users are encouraged to participate at all levels in their service delivery. Relatives, carers, professionals and commissioners are also involved directly at all levels, final decisions are made with the service user’s views, choices and preferences being considered in the service delivery. The most important aspects we cherish are leadership, commitment and accountability. By its very nature, our role as a service provider is leadership. This also requires an unwavering commitment and a strong sense of accountability to our stakeholders, staff and most importantly to our service users.
Orchid Residentials Ltd considers the importance of information gathering in the initial needs assessments to enable us to develop a personalised care and support plan. This is one of the fundamentals in maintaining a holistic approach in meeting our service users’ needs. These are qualities that are far too often overlooked.
