About Us

Orchid Residentials Ltd was founded in June 2020 as a Care and Support Services Provider in London, Wimbledon. It is registered Supported Living Service with registered address 1 Abbot Avenue, Wimbledon, London, SW20 8SG.

The service has 5 bedrooms, with two shower and bathrooms, dining room, living room and fully furnished with the aim to make a positive impact in the lives of our service users and their families.

Orchid Residentials Ltd offers tailored care and support services to adults age 18 to 65 years old on the Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Mental Health, Complex needs and Challenging Behaviour who require care and support to live a normal life in their communities. Orchid Residentials Ltd provide an autism tailored care and support package with the appropriate resources and opportunities that enables service users to acquire and develop their skills for independence and to maintain a quality of life.

Orchid Residentials Ltd is well committed to continuously improve its care and support services to its service users. By doing so, Orchid Residentials Ltd works with different set of teams of qualified staff to liaise with service users and their relatives, carers and professionals across the board. This enables us to create every service users’ care/support plan in a holistic and tailored and person-centred manner. Orchid Residentials Ltd implements strict support guidelines which management must adhere to at all times right from the referral, admission and reviewing process.

This forms part of Orchid Residentials’ Person Centred strategy in the continuous delivery of care and support. In addition, Orchid Residentials Ltd provides training both internally and externally for its staff team members to enhance their career developments. Orchid Residentials Ltd also undertakes regular service assessment and reviews to monitor the quality of services provided to ensure the best outcomes for our service users.
